I．はじめに

　原発性橋出血には，高血圧が原因と思われる比較的高齢者に発症する群と別に，いわゆるcryptic angiomaなどが原因と考えられる若年者の群のあることが知られている^{4,5,7,8,12-20）}．後者においては，発症が亜急性ないし慢性で，症状が緩徐進行性，動揺性，反復性に出現するため，神経膠腫，多発性硬化症などとの鑑別が困難な症例もある．

　今回われわれは若年性橋出血と思われた1症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する．

A case of primary pontine hemorrhage of the youngwas reported.

He was 22 years of age, who did not have the historyof hypertension.

He suddenly noticed disturbance of skilled act ofhis right hand and speech disturbance. He wasadmitted to our clinic two days after the onset. Neuro-logical examination revealed right facial palsy, dis-turbance of delicate movement of his right hand andslight dysarthria.

Lumbar puncture, after six days from the onset,yielded watery clear cerebrospinal fluid containing 6/3cells/mm³,27mg/dl of protein and 65.1mg/dl ofsugar.
