I．はじめに
Subclavian steal syndromeは1960年Contorni8）によって記載され，翌年Reivich33）によってclinical syn-dromeとして確立された．その原因は動脈硬化性のものが最も多く80-90％を占めるが40），他に先天性心血管発育不全または欠損，手術後遺症，大動脈炎，外傷などがある．今回われわれは先天性心血管奇形による1例を経験したので報告する．
A case of congenital subclavian steal is reported.A 7-year-old girl was admitted on July 1980 to ShimaneMedical University for evaluation of murmur overthe region of the chest. Heart murmur was pointedout at the age of three month, however, she hadno complaints and was growing normally. Onadmission, the blood pressure was 108/48 mmHg inthe left arm and unobtainable in the right arm. Thelength of the arm was 53 cm on the right side and55.4 cm on the left side.
On auscultation, a systolic murmur was present overthe chest and the right neck.
