"Subclavian Steal"の1症例

A CASE OF SUBCLAVIAN STEAL SYNDROME : ITS CLINICAL FEATURE CORRELATED WITH COLLATERAL PATHWAYS

はじめに

　椎骨脳底動脈血行不全症の一原因として近年注目を浴びているSubclavian steal syndromeは欧米では約10年前から着目され相次いで多数の報告がなされており^1）2），本邦でも次第に報告例が増えてきている^{3）4）5）6）7）8）9）}。

　我々は最近そのうちでも比較的稀な一型を経験したので，その血管撮影を中心に若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 26-year-old male patient with "subclavian steal" was reported. Its clinical feature and operativeindication were discussed in view point of correla-tion between cerebrovascular insufficiency due to "subclavian steal phenomenon" and developement of the other collaterals subsequent to a stenotic lesion of the origin of the right subclavian artery. Ipsilateral external carotid-vertebral pathway via occipital artery and vertebro-vertebral pathway via lower cerviacal spinal branches were visualized in serial angiography.
