I．はじめに

　髄膜腫は頭蓋内腫瘍のなかで最も一般的な腫瘍である．この腫瘍は組織学的に多彩な像を呈することがよく知られている．そのなかの1つとして，Cushing^3）が最初に報告し，Kepes^6）が電顕で検索した特殊な封入体をもった髄膜腫がある．この封入体はhyaline inclusions in me-ningioma^3）とか，pseudopsammoma bodyin meningioma^5）とかの名称で呼ばれている．これについての本邦における電顕像の記載は，1975年，久保田^7）がその一端を記載したほかにはYagishitaら^13）と倉津ら^8）による報告があるのみである．われわれは3例の電顕像を調べたので，ここに報告する．

Three cases of meningioma showing hyaline-like inclu-sions by light microscopy were studied at the fine structurallevel. The hyaline-like inclusions were found to be cyst-like contents of variable size filled with moderately densefinely filamentous material arranged either in a reticulatedconfiguration or closely packed and appearing relatively homo-geneous and dense. The surrounding cyst membrane ischaracterized, especially in the smaller inclusions, by thepresence of microvilli. The reticulated material is foundat the inner aspect of the cyst membrane and is attached toit.
