脳原発性悪性リンパ腫—全身性リンパ肉腫との比較検討

Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Brain:A comparative study with systemic lymphosarcoma

I．はじめに

　脳原発性悪性リンパ腫は脳腫瘍の約1.5％を占め^23），正中線上の旁脳室領域に好発^3,16），比較的放射線感受性が高い腫瘍^7,19）である．腫瘍の母細胞についてはリンパ網内系細胞由来であることが確認されてはいるが^24），リンパ球系の細胞であるのか，または組織球—単球系由来の細胞であるのかについては議論がある．最近われわれは脳の悪性リンパ腫5例を経験したので，これらの症例を提示し，脳転移を起こした全身性リンパ肉腫の剖検例の所見と比較検討し，組織学的および電顕的観察に基づいてこれらの腫瘍細胞の特徴について若干の考察を加えて報告する．

Five cases of primary malignant lymphoma of the brain were presented and the comparison between malignant lymphoma of the brain and different types of systemic lymphosarcoma was made in terms of morphological features of their tumor cells by light and electron microscopies. It was found that the tumor cells of primary malignant lymphoma of the brain were similar to those of systemic lymphosarcoma on the basis of their histology, histochemical properties and ultrastructure. Cell origin of the tumor cells and clinical aspects of primary malignant lymphoma of the brain were furthet discussed.
