I．症例
患者：大○昌○ 1歳7カ月 男子
主訴：両下肢麻痺，膀胱直腸障害
A case of infant with acute spinal epidural hematoma manifested with acute onset of paraplegia developing to complete loss of sensation, vesico-rectal disturbance within short time period is presented.
The patient, a 1.7 year-old-boy, was found to be paraplegic in the morning 23 days prior to admission. The second attack of complete paraplegia was developed after temporal recovery for one week.
