Ⅰ．はじめに

　脳動脈瘤と脳動静脈奇形を併有した症例は1942年Walsh and King^12）によって最初の報告が行われて以来，かなり報告されているが，両者が同一部位において同一動脈から発生した症例の報告は少ない，しかもこのような症例に対する手術的治療は両者が別個に発生した症例に比して複雑である．

　著者らは，脳動脈瘤と脳動静脈奇形が左頭頂葉において相接して存在し，しかも両者が中大脳動脈のAngulararteryから発生していた1例を経験したので，本例について報告するとともに，いささか文献的考察を行いたいと思う．

Several cases associated with cerebral aneurysm and arteriovenous malformation have been reported in literature but such case of association with these two kinds of cerebral vascular lesion originated from the same artery in the same site is quite rare.

The authors reported a case of coexistence of cerebral aneurysm and cerebral arteriovenous malformation in the parietal area and both of these vascular lesion were located closely and were fed by the angular artery.
