同一血管に併存した脳動脈瘤および脳動静脈奇形両者の動脈瘤包埋術後消失例

Disapperance of the Co-exsiting Aneurysm and Arteriovenous Malformation after Wrapping of Aneurysm

I．はじめに

　脳動脈瘤と脳動静脈奇形（AVM）の合併例において，同一動脈に発生する頻度は37％^18）−44.4％^26）と報告されている．

　著者らは前下小脳動脈内耳孔部の動脈瘤と，その末梢部のAVMの合併例において，動脈瘤に対してwrappingを行い，術後脳血管撮影にて経過観察中，動脈瘤，AVMともに血栓化したと考えられる極めて稀な症例を経験した．

The authers reported a case of an arteriovenous malformation associated with an aneurysm on its feeding vessel that is the left anterior inferior cerebellar artery.

A housewife, aged 56-years, was admitted to our hospital with severe headache, nausea and vomiting. On admission, lumbar puncture revealed grossly bloody CSF. Neurological examination revealed meningeal irritation sign, horizontal nystgmus and disturbance of left auditory acuity.
