1．まえがき

　ここで取扱う知覚は，生理学でいう広い意味での知覚全般に比較して，かなり限定し，主として触—，温—，冷—，痛覚を中心とした皮膚知覚が対象とする。

　深部圧覚，筋覚，関節覚，振動覚等の深部知覚は，運動失調との関連に於て取扱われることが多く，内臓知覚は自律神経の分野に於いて取扱われる部分が多い。

The examination of sensation is the most difficult part of the neurologic examination, because it demands the co-operation of the patient and conclusions drawn from it depend largely on replies and reactions of the patient. So that a systematic schdule and exact technics of the examination are necessary for the diagnosis of sensory disturbances.

The author shows the schedule of his clinic and ditails each technic of the examination of sensation and discussies the diagnostic value of each method, adding his clinical data of his patients suffering from sensory disturbances.
