　症例は42歳，女性。生来café-au-lait斑が認められた。1998年10月の人間ドックの超音波検査にて，左副腎に腫瘤を認めた。高血圧の既往はなかった。CT,MRI，¹³¹I-MIBGシンチ，および内分泌検査で褐色細胞腫と診断された。左副腎腫瘍摘出術を施行した。病理組織学診断では褐色細胞腫であった。レックリングハウゼン病と褐色細胞腫の合併例は35例の報告があるが，無症候性褐色細胞腫の場合は3例であると思われる。

A-42-year-o1d woman was admitted to our hospitalwith adrenal mass which was incidentally found by ultra-sonography on annual physical check-up. On physicalexamination, cafe-au-lait spots were observed on herbody and extremities. CT and MRI revealed a solitarymass in the superior region of the left kidney. Labora-tory studies showed that serum and urine catechola-mine levels were elevated,but her blood pressure was138/80. Under the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma asso-ciated with von Recklinghausen's disease, 1eft adrenalec-tomy was carried out. Pathological diagnosis waspheochrmocytoma.
