レックリングハウゼン病に合併した精巣腫瘍の1例

Testicular Tumor in a Patient with von Reckling-hausen's Disease:A Case Report

　40歳，男性。レックリングハウゼン病の既往歴あり。心窩部不快感にて当院内科を受診した。全身の皮膚にコーヒー色の色素沈着を認めるほかに，左陰嚢腫大も認めた。精巣腫瘍stage Iと診断し，左高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理はセミノーマであった。レックリングハウゼン病は神経堤由来腫瘍を多く合併すると報告されているが，本邦にて97例の癌腫合併例も報告されている。そのうち精巣腫瘍は2例であり，自験例は3例目であった。

A 40-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a complaint of left scrotal swelling. He had a history of von Recktinghausen's disease. His skin showed multiple cafe au lait spots. Under the diagnosis of left testicular tumor,Stage I, left high orchiectomy was performed. Histological examination revealed typical seminoma.Von Reckling-hausen's disease is often associated with neulogenic ma-lignant tumor. However, only 97 cases of carcinoma with von Recklinghausen's disease were reported in Japan. In addition, urogenical malignancies were uncommon.
