患者は64歳，レックリングハウゼン病の男性で前立腺炎のため外来通院していたが，突然の顕微鏡的血尿および尿細胞診上陽性を認めた。尿道前立腺部に乳頭状腫瘍が確認され，内視鏡的に切除した。切除標本の病理組織像は移行上皮癌で一部に神経鞘腫が混在していた。
A 64 year-old male patient of von Recklinghausen disease presented with a complaint of terminal discomfort on urination. Urine cytology was positive. Cystoscopy revealed a papillary tumor on the prostatic urethra. The tumor was resected endoscopically. The histology showed transitional cell carcinoma (G3) associated with concomitant schwannoma.
