成人にみられた異所性盲端尿管瘤

A Case of Cecoureterocele in Adult

　32歳の成人男性にみられた異所性盲端尿管瘤（cecoureterocele）について報告した。DIPでは左完全重複腎盂尿管，左上位腎の水腎症および膀胱内の陰影欠損があり，膀胱鏡検査にて尿管瘤が診断された。手術中，腰椎麻酔下に内視鏡でみると，尿管瘤は単純性ではなく異所性であると判断され，異所性盲端尿管瘤と診断した。成人例の異所性盲端尿管瘤の報告はこれまでにはなく，自験例が第1例目である。

A case of cecoureterocele in a 32 year-old man is reported. Excretory urogram showed a left duplex kidney with hydroureteronephrosis of the upper moiety and filling defect in the bladder. Cystoscopy revealed the presence of a left ureterocele. At the operation, we first noticed that the ureterocele was not simple but ectopic by endoscopic examination under the lumbar anesthesia and then we made a diagnosis of cecoureterocele. This patient is the first case of cecoureterocele in adult.
