若年者腎細胞癌の1例

A Case of Renal Cell Carcinoma in a Young Adult

　23歳，女性。会社の検診時に超音波検査にて右腎腫瘤を指摘され，他院を受診した。同院における各種画像診断にて悪性腫瘍が否定できなかったため，エコーガイド下に腎腫瘤生検を施行したところ，異型細胞を認めた。手術目的にて当科に入院し，経腹的腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織診断は腎細胞癌であった。

Renal cell carcinoma in young adults is rare. We report a case of renal cell carcinoma in a 23-year-old female. She visited our department with right renal tumor which was incidentally found by ultrasonography on an annual physical check-up. CT and MRI showed a right renal tumor 3.1×2.7cm in size. Tumor biopsy which had been performed at other hospital was suggestive of renal cell carcinoma. Right radical nephrectomy was performed. Pathological diagnosis was clear cell subtype renal cell carcinoma.
