　作業中，金属片により陰嚢への貫通外傷をきたした2例を経験したので報告する。症例1：26歳，男性。金属片は右精巣，精巣上体を損傷し精管および精索の間に留まっていた。症例2：28歳，男性。金属片は右精巣上体，右精索を貫通し左陰茎海綿体根部まで達していた。いずれも陰嚢皮膚貫通創に比べて広範囲な損傷を受けていたが，精巣を摘出することなく，術後勃起機能，射精機能は温存された。

We report 2 cases of penetrating trauma to the scrotum by a metal fragment while working. In the first case a fragment reached to the portion between the ductus deferens and testicular vessels after penetrating the right testis and epididymis. In the second case a frag-ment penetrated right hemiscrotum injuring the right epididymis and the right spermatic cord, and reached to the root of the left corpus cavernosum. In both cases, intrascrotal injuries were more serious than the wounds on the scrotum. Patients underwent exploratory sur-gery and did not need orchiectomy.
