排尿障害を主訴とした成人女性の傍尿道囊腫の1例

Female paraurethral cyst：A case report

　58歳，女性，尿閉を主訴に来院。経腟エコーにて尿道をほぼ全周性に取り巻く囊胞を認めた。囊胞穿刺造影では尿道との交通性は認めず，傍尿道囊腫の診断で経尿道的に囊胞壁の切除を施行した。切除後，排尿困難は著明に改善した。

A 58-year-old woman was referred to our hospital because of urinary retention. A paraurethral cyst surrounding urethra was observed by transvaginal ultrasound examination. No communication between the cyst and urethra was detected when the contrast medium was injected into the cyst following the aspiration of fluid. Transurethral resection of cyst was performed and voiding disturbance was improved.
