女性尿道尖圭コンジロームの1例

Condyloma Acuminatum in Female Urethra:A Case Report

　患者は31歳，女性。4年前に尿道尖圭コンジロームの診断で切除術を受け，3か月後に再発したが放置していた。今回治療のために当科を受診した。コンジロームの病変は外尿道口とその近位，さらに内尿道口にも集簇してみられた。本邦におけるこれまでの報告では，女性の尿道発生例は全例外尿道口およびその付近で，本症例のように内尿道口部にまで発生したものはみられない。自験例は本邦における女性尿道尖圭コンジロームの9例目にあたると思われる。

A 31-year-old woman visited our institution with tumors of the external urethral orifice. Cystourethroscopy showed mossy lesions on the internal urethral orifice. She had a history of excision and recurrence of perineal warts 9 years before and transurethral resection of condyloma acumina-tum of the urethra 4 year earlier. The lesions of external and internal urethral orifice were managed with excision and transurethral resection. Histological examinations showed condyloma acuminata at the both lesions. To our knowledge, our case is the ninth case of condyloma acumi-natum arising in female urethra in Japan.
