神経内分泌分化を示すパネート細胞様細胞を含んだ前立腺癌

PROSTATIC CARCINOMA WITH NEUROENDOCRINE DIFFERENTIATION CELL: REPORT OF A CASE

　60歳，男性。排尿困難を主訴に受診し，前立腺肥大症の診断のもとに経尿道的前立腺切除術を施行したところ，神経内分泌分化を示すパネート細胞様細胞を含む中分化型前立腺癌を広範に認めたため，前立腺全摘除術を施行した症例を経験したので報告する。

A 60-year-old man visited our hospital with a complaint of urinary difficulty. Transurethral resection of the pros-tate was performed and the pathological diagnosis in-dicated a moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation cell. He underwent radical prostatectomy associated with hormonal therapy.
