- Abstract 文献概要
62歳，既婚男性。自慰目的にて尿道内に体温計を挿入したが抜去困難となり，自分で直腸内に指を入れて排出しようと試みたが不可能なため，当科を受診した。異物は尿道を穿孔し，陰嚢皮下まで達したと思われたため，入院後ただちに膀胱瘻を造設し，尿道異物摘除術および尿道修復術を行った。本邦では尿道異物は数多く報告されているが，尿道穿孔を来した症例は比較的稀で，本症例が11例目と考えられた。
We report a case of urethral perforation with a thermometer. A 62-year-old male was admitted to our department complaining of dysuria caused by a urethral foreign body. He stated that he had inserted a thermometer into his urethra for masturbation. However, he could not remove the thermometer although he inserted his finger into his anus to push it out. On physical examination, his scrotal skin was projected due to the thermometer. Open surgical removal of the foreign body and urethroplasty was per-formed. Convalescence was uneventful.
