　症例は42歳，男性。24年前に尿道口からボールペンの先端部を友人から挿入されたまま放置していた。最近になり，亀頭部の疼痛と腫脹それに伴う排尿困難が出現したため当院を受診した。単純撮影にて尿道に石灰化を認め，尿道異物の診断にて緊急入院となった。膀胱瘻を造設し抗生剤にて局所炎症所見を軽快させた後に外尿道口切開を施行し，結石化した異物を除去した。最近の本邦の報告において，調べ得た限りでは本症例は最も長期間の尿道異物であった。

A 42-year-old man visited our hospital with a chief com-plaint of urinary difficulty swelling and pain of glans penis.He had an episode of the tip of the ball-point pen insertion into his urethra by his classmates at the age of 18. Until recently, he had no symptom associated with this foreign body and during this period he had two children. X-ray showed the bullet-shaped calcification in his penis tip. He was admitted to our hospital and cystostomy was created.
