嚢胞性部分的分化型腎芽腫の1例

A CASE OF RENAL CYSTIC PARTIALLY DIFFERENTIATED NEPHROBLASTOMA

　6か月，男児。腹部腫瘤の触知を主訴に来院。IVPにて右腎の左下方への変位と腎盂，腎杯の変形を認めた。CTにて右腎より発生した腫瘤を認め，右腎腫瘍と診断し，右腎全摘出術を施行した。病理学的には，嚢胞が多房性に存在し，隔壁部分に幼若なネフロンや，腎芽細胞の集簇を認め，嚢胞性部分的分化型腎芽腫であった。自験例は本邦9例目と考えられ，最大のものであった。

A 6-month-old boy was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of a palpable abdominal mass. The displacement of right kidney and deformity of renal pelvis were found by IVP, but right renal mass was disclosed by abdominal CT. We performed total right nephrectomy under the diagnosis of right renal tumor. In pathological findings, the tumor was cystic and mutilocular. In the wall of cysts, poorly differentiated nephron structure and clusters of blastemal cells were found microscopically. Our histological diagnosis was cystic partially differentiated nephroblastoma.
