- Abstract 文献概要
60歳男性。1984年頃より右陰嚢内容の腫脹に気づく。1985年6月当科受診。右睾丸腫瘍の診断で高位除睾術を施行した。病理組織学的には，種瘍は索状あるいは胞巣状の配列を示す境界不明瞭な細胞より構成されており，Grimelius法陽性で，カルチノイド腫瘍と診断された。消化管の精査のため大腸ファイバースコピーを施行したところ直腸およびS状腸にポリープを認めたため内視鏡下に切除したが病理組織学的には管状腺腫であつた。
Sixty year old male was admitted to our hospital because of painless swelling of right scrotal con-tent, in June, 1985. Right orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of right testicular tumor. Histological examination including Grimelius staining revealed pure carcinoid tumor. The patient had not experienced carcinoid syndrome, and serum serotonin level measured postoperatively was normal. Colonoscopy performed for the survey of the lesion in intestine disclosed two polyps in sigmoid colon. The polyps were resected endoscopically, and the histological diagnosis was tubular adenoma.
