泌尿器科領域における中国式耳介穴探索法

AURICULAR REFLEX POINTS IN UROLOGICAL DISEASES

緒言

　耳介穴はフランスのP．Nogier^1）により1953年に発見された。その後，この臨床応用は中国にて普及し発展している^2,3）。耳介部に存在する耳介穴は，疾患の診断，治療ならびに針麻酔に利用されている。その耳介穴は中国科学院動物研究所の報告^3）によると皮膚の電気抵抗が低下した部分であると述べられているので，われわれは泌尿器科疾患を有する患者について耳介部の皮膚電気抵抗を測定した。そして皮膚の電気抵抗が最も減弱した部分つまり反応良導点の探索を行ない，その反応良導点と臨床診断との関連性について検討したので報告する。

P. Nogier disiovered the topology of the auricular reflex points. Chinese scientists also made this discovery the auricular reflex points have minimum electoric resistance of the car skin. We explored these points by examining the electoric resistance of the skin in the patients who had urological disease. As a result, these patients had some sepicific reflex points related to urologic disease. And the localiza-tion and charting of these points corresponded to each urologic organ of the body.
