孤立性腎嚢胞に合併した小さな腎細胞癌の1例

緒言
腎嚢胞と腎腫瘍の合併は比較的稀で，示指頭大以下の小さな腎腫瘍が臨床的に発見される例も稀である。著者は術前に診断可能であつた，同一腎に共存する孤立性腎嚢胞と径1cmの小さな腎腫瘍の症例を経験したので報告する。
A 52-year-old man was admitted with complaint of right flank pain.
An excretory pyelography suggested left renal mass with compression of the lower calices. Com-puted tomography and selective renal angiography revealed solitary cyst overlying lower pole and renal tumor at midportion of the left kidney.
Exploration of the left kidney disclosed a tumor and a simple cyst occurring separately and ne-phrectomy was performed. The size of the tumor was 1.0×1.0×1.0 cm. Pathological report was renal cell carcinoma and benign cyst.
