先天性単純性睾丸嚢腫の1例

CONGENITAL SIMPLE CYST OF THE TESTIS: REPORT OF A CASE

はじめに

　5カ月の乳児で睾丸の無痛性腫大を認め，悪性腫瘍として，高位除睾術を施行して検索したところ，睾丸実質内に嚢腫があり，その内容は透明な液体であつた症例を経験した。1966年にSchmidtがcongenital simple cyst of the testisとして発表している疾患に相当すると思われるので報告する。

A 5 month old infant with indolent mass of right testis, underwent high ligation orchiectomy for suspected malignancy.

The mass was a cyst, containing clear fluid within the testicular parenchyma. The wall of the cyst was consisted of rough connective tissue, lined with a layer of flat cells at the inner wall.

This case seems to correspond to the congenital simple cyst of the testis, reported by Schmidt in 1966.
