緒言
多房性腎嚢胞は，稀な形の嚢胞性腎疾患の一つであるが，その発生病理については，未だ定説を見るに至つていない。しかし，近年本症に腎芽腫様成分がみられたとの報告が散見され，本症と腎芽腫，あるいはその分化型との関連性が注目されている。
最近，われわれは多房性腎嚢胞に腎芽腫様成分を認めた1例を経験したので報告する。
The patient was a 36-year-old woman with a complaint of gross hematuria. Excretory urography and selective renal angiography demonstrated a large hypovascular mass in the upper pole of the right kidney, and nephrectomy was done. On cut section, multilocular cysts and a tumorous excrescence were noted.
The cyst walls were lined by single layered epithelium, which appeared to be so-called hobnail type, and nephroblastomatous components were found in the tumorous excrescence by light and electron microscopic studies.
As shown in our case, this may, etiologically, suggest the neoplastic origin of this disease.
