多房性腎嚢胞は病理発生学的に興味のある疾患であり，臨床的には悪性化および悪性腫瘍との鑑別について，種々の判断に苦しむことのある疾患である。われわれも最近，血尿を主訴とした1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of a multilocular cyst of the right kidney was experienced in a 27-year-old woman who was seen with the presenting symptom of gross hematuria. Mention was made of the difficulty with which the disease was differentiated from malignant tumors, and some points of interest concerning its patho-genesis were discussed.
