嚢胞様変性をきたした肺癌腎転移の1例

RENAL METASTASES WITH CYSTIC DEGENERATION FROM CARCINOMA OF THE LUNG: A CASE REPORT

　42歳，女性．1989年2月他院で右肺腺癌にて治療を受けた．1990年2月左背部痛を訴えCT上巨大腎嚢胞を疑われ，精査目的のため当科を受診した．嚢胞造影では腎全体にわたる巨大な嚢胞の所見で，400mlの黒赤色の排液を認めた．細胞診はclass Vであった．左腎摘出術を施行し，腎は周囲脂肪組織を含めて鎧状被膜に覆われ，腎実質との間に血性滲出液が貯留し嚢胞様変性をきたしていた．病理組織学的に肺腺癌の腎転移であった．

A 42-years old female with right pulmonary carcinoma who had undergone therapeutic treatments in cluding lobectomy in February 1989 visited our clinic in February, 1990 with complaint of left back pain. The contrast radiographic study revealed colossal cysts covering her whole left kidney, and 400 ml of dark reddish discharge was aspirated from the cysts. The cytological examination of the fluied was class V.
