緒言
膀胱腫瘍の保存的治療法として，数年来，抗癌剤膀注療法や水圧療法および温水療法が広く行なわれている。さらに，最近では，より強力な制癌効果をねらつてこれら治療法の二者を同時に組み合せた加温抗癌剤膀注療法や水圧併用膀注療法が行なわれてきており，単独療法よりも優れた制癌効果があると報告されている1,2）。そこで，私たちはこれら三者を同時に組み合せたなら二者併用療法よりも更に優れた制癌効果が期待できるのではないかと考え，抗癌剤膀注併用温水圧療法を創案し実際に治療に応用し満足できる成績を得た。その具体的な方法と治療成績を報告する。
We newly developed a hyperthermohydrostatic pressure therapy combined with intravesical instilla-tion of anticancer drugs and treated 7 cases of bladder tumors with no distant metastasis by this newtherapy. The results were as follows:
1) In 5 out of the 7 cases, the tumors disapeared completely, while marked reduction in sizes of tumors was noted in the other 2 cases.
2) In 2 out of the 5 cases of complete tumor regression, the tumors recurred about 3 months after the treatments.
3) In 2 cases with no complete tumor regression, the tumor invasion was, respectively, stage C and D.
