維持透析患者に対して重篤な合併症なくBCG膀注療法を施行し得た2例

Usefulness of prophylaxis during BCG cystotherapy in hemodialysis patients

　維持透析中の膀胱癌患者2例に対し，膀胱洗浄と抗結核薬の予防内服を併用してBCG膀注療法を施行した．いずれも全身性副作用なく治療でき，現在再発なく経過している．予防処置の併用は，透析患者におけるBCG膀注療法の安全性向上に寄与する可能性が示唆された．

Abstract

We administered BCG intravesical therapy combined with bladder irrigation and preventive oral anti-tuberculosis medication to two cases of bladder cancer patients on maintenance dialysis. Both patients were treated without severe systemic side effects, and are currently free of recurrence. The combination of preventive measures suggests that adjunctive therapy may improve the safety of BCG intravesical therapy in dialysis patients (Rinsho Hinyokika 80 : 87-89, 2026).
