緒言

　最近1年間に，腎盂腫瘍2例を経験し，1例はすでに報告^1）した。今回の症例は，腎盂，尿管，膀胱に腫瘍が同時発生し，患側のnon-visualizingkidneyを呈したもので，特に腎盂腫瘍，non-visu-alizing kidneyの場合，動脈撮影の意義についても考察した。

A 52-year-old male visited our hospital with chief complaints of hematuria and fever on October 26, 1978.

Cytoscopic examination showed a golf-ball-sized tumor covering the right ureteral orifice. D.I.P. demonstrated a non-visualizing kidney in the right side and a filling defect by tumor in cystogram. Selective renal arteriography was done and there were enlargement and weaving of renal pelvic-ureteric artery and staining of the tumor in the enlarged renal pelvis. Prior to radical operation, T.U.R. of bladder tumor was performed for pathological diagnosis, and then nephrouretectomy with removal of a cuff of bladder was performed.
