膀胱結石症例にみられた粘液産生腺癌と尿路乳頭腫症

A CASE REPORT OF URINARY TRACT PAPILLOMATOSIS ASSOCIATED WITH BOTH ADENOCARCINOMA AND STONE IN THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱腫瘍は泌尿器科領域でもつとも高頻度にみられるが，他方ではいまなお発生病理，診断，あるいは治療に関して数多くの問題をふくんでいる腫瘍である。著者はここに興味ある症例として，膀胱結石患者に尿路乳頭腫症と膀胱の粘液産生腺癌のみられた1例を示し，この症例をめぐつていくつかの問題点について述べてみたい。

A 73-year-old man was admitted on January 5, 1968 with a symptom of an abdominal mass in the right upper. Past history revealed left coxitis at the age of 13 and since then he had been suffered from gait disturbance caused by ankylosis of the hip joint and subsequent scoliosis.

A plain film showed an oval shaped opacity at the bladder region about 7.0cm in diameter. The right kidney was not visualized by excretory urography. Cystoscope could not be inserted because of the bladder stone. A translumber direct pyelography revealed marked right hydronephrosis.
