緒言

　陰茎縫線嚢胞は，比較的稀なものとされているが，無症状に経過する外尿道口唇部の小嚢胞を含めれば，実際には多いものと思われる。最近，性交障害を訴えるほど大きくなつた嚢胞を経験したので報告し，文献的考察を加えた。

A 37-year-old male visited our hospital with chief complaints of painful tumor in ventral surface of penis and interfere with sexual intercourse. The tumor was composed of multiple cysts at preputial raphe. The size was slightly larger than golf ball. We diagnosed rapheal cyst of penis and performed extripation of the cyst. In the pathological examination, the wall of cysts revealed the mixed type consisted of columnar, cuboidal, transitional and squamous epithelium. Statistical review was made on 52 cases including our case of rapheal cyst of penis in Japan.
