はじめに

　診断が困難とされている，比較的まれな副腎嚢腫の術前診断に成功した症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of right adrenal cyst in 27 years old female with complaint of hematuria and lumbago was reported. Laboratory examinations including hormonal data were not remarkable. The diagnosis of right adrenal cyst was established preoperatively by routine urography, radionuclide studies, ultrasonic studies and angiography. The diagnosis of adrenal cyst has been regarded difficult, to make but we feel that with the use of scintigraphy, especially combined scintigraphy and routine examinations, the preoperative diagnosis of adrenal cyst would be obtained more easily.
