妊娠時に発生した腎自然破裂症例

SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF THE KIDNEY IN PREGNANCY

緒言

　腎破裂のうちでも明らかな外傷のない，いわゆる自然破裂はきわめて稀である。しかも，自然破裂を起こす腎には基礎疾患が存在することが多く，正常腎の特発性自然破裂はさらに珍しいものである。

　最近，われわれは妊娠38週婦人に発生した，非外傷性で基礎疾患が存在しない腎自然破裂の症例を経験した。失血性ショック状態で受診し，診断のつかないまま急性腹症として救急手術を行ない，腎摘出術によつて救命し得たので，報告するとともに，その成因について若干の考察を加えたい。

A case of spontaneous rupture of the kidney in a 27 year old house wife in her 38 th week pregnancy was reported. Patient was admitted for hemorrhagic shock followed by emergency surgery for suspected acute abdomen, but not being able to establish definite diagnosis, it resulted in left nephrectomy which rescued her life. The removed kidney revealed rupture from the upper renal pelvis to the hilus without any basic disease by gross and microscopic examination.

Nontraumatic spontaneous rupture of the normal kidney is rare and the cause of our case was discussed.
