はしがき
私たちは恥骨と陰茎根部の中間に尿瘻を形成した稀な症例を経験した。簡単に治癒せしめ得るものと考えて，治療を行なつたが，非常に難治で，遂に陰茎切断術という大きな代償を払つてやつと治癒させた苦しい思い出となつた。ここに報告し，諸兄の御参考になれば幸いと存じます。
A case of purulent penile cavernitis in a 60 year old male was reported. Recurrence for 1 year and 8 months after onset with fistula discharging pus and urine lead to atrophy and sclerosis of the penis. No effect obtained by antibiotics and incision resulted in penile amputation.
Only one case has been reported in an academic meeting within the last 20 years. This disease was outlined since no papers in detail was found.
