はじめに

　陰嚢の血管腫について成書では良性腫瘍の項目に入れられ，簡単な説明がなされているが，その症例の報告は少ない。本邦では5例^1〜5），外国では最近の文献^6）では一応36例の発表があるとされている。われわれは本邦第6例目の陰嚢の血管腫を経験したので報告する。

"Hemangioma of the scrotum"is described briefly in the textbooks, but the report of the case israrc. A case was experienced and reported.

The case was a 12-year-old-boy, who visited our clinic complaining tumor in the left side ofscrotum. The tumor was first noticed by his mother when he was 3 years old. The tumor grew slowlythough steadily, and it became to a size of the adult thumb tip or more when he was admitted toour clinic. The surface of the tumor was irregular and it was soft and nontender. The overlying skinwas slightly pale in color, but hyperkeratosis was not recognized.
