緒言

　融合性交叉性腎変位は腎奇形の中で比較的まれなものとされ初期には剖検や開腹手術によつて発見される例が多かつたが，最近は腎盂撮影法によつて診断がつく例が増加し，また動脈撮影法，核医学的診断法の発達はさらに詳細な情報を提供し，奇形腎分類中どの型に属するかという点まで判明するに至つている。著者らは30歳男子例においていわゆるL型腎を経験したので報告する。

Crossed fused renal dystopia is extremely rare among renal anomalies. A 30 year-old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of lower abdominal pain. No abnormalities were found in the gas-trointestinal system. I.V.P., D.I.P., D.I.N. and renoscintiscan revealed L-shaped fused renal dystopia with the left kidney being transversed and the upper pole fused to the lower pole of the right kidney. The right kidney pelvis showed malrotation but the ureter runs straight down ending in the bladder and the pelvis of the ectopic kidney is long transversely but the ureter runs towards left crossing the midline and ends in the bladder.
