膀胱褐色細胞腫の1例

PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER:A CASE REPORT

緒言

　褐色細胞腫は，近年生化学的検査法やレ線検査法の進歩，麻酔や手術手技の向上などと相まつて腫瘍摘除の成功例が数多く報告されるようになつたが，膀胱に発生した褐色細胞腫の報告例は少ない。最近われわれはその1例を経験したので報告する。

A 59 year old male complaining sudden onset of gross hematuria visited our clinic in August, 1972. Cystoscopic examination revealed a thumb-tip sized mass with a smooth surface at the dome of the bladder and partial resection of the bladder wall was performed under the diagnosis of bladder tumor in October of the same year. No remarkable change in blood pressure was noticed during and after surgery. Histopathological findings showed those of paraganglioma.
