原発性アルドステロン症12例の臨床的観察

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS OF 12 CASES OF PRIMARY ALDOSTERONISM

緒言

　1954年，原発性アルドステロン症は高血圧疾患のうち外科的治療の対象となることをConn^1）が最初に報告して以来，年ごとにその症例数は増加してきている。

　われわれは最近2症例を経験したので報告するとともに，過去に当教室において経験した10症例^2〜4）をあわせ，計12例につき臨床的観察成績を述べる。

1. During 15 years from 1955 to 1970, 12 cases of primary aldosteronism have been treated in our De-partment. Of the 12 cases, 9 were adenoma and 3 were hyperplasia.

2. The combination of PRP with tomography showed 88% diagnostic accuracy.

3. When PRP and tomography were unsuccessful in diagnosing the disease, the authors performed adrenal venography. In two cases the latter method was used.

4. As for histological findings of the kidney, 2 showed nephrosclerosis, 4 showed pyelonephritis, 1 showed slight arteriosclerosis and 3 were normal.
