急性腎不全，腎周囲膿瘍を来した嫌気性菌敗血症の1例

A CASE OF BACTEROIDES SEPTICEMIA WITH ACUTE RENAL FAILURE AND PERIRENAL ABSCESS

緒言

　急性腎不全の原因として感染症のもつ意義は大きい。一方，感染症に対する検索は，従来から好気性菌においては日常広く行なわれているが，嫌気性菌については泌尿器科領域でも最近清原ら^1）の報告があるが，なお将来の領域であろう。今回著者らは，Bacteroides感染により興味ある経過を示した1例を経験したので報告する。

A 67 year old farmers wife with the past history of stomach ulcer (resected), appedicitis and colitis, had been treated for left femoral thrombophlebitis for 4 months. General fatigue and fever was noticed on August 10, 1974 and was treated for urinary infection but fever continued and became anuric due to parenchymal renal failure diagnosed by laboratory examination. Tenderness and resistance was noticed at the left flank and lower abdomen. Deviation of left renal pelvis and ureter to lateral and upward, was noticed.
