はじめに

　精索腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患とされていたが，田辺・他（1965）^92）によると欧米では約380例，本邦では約55例の報告がある。その大部分は原発性精索腫瘍であり，転移性精索腫瘍については高井・他（1969）^61）によれば，内外文献上20例前後でその症例数はきわめて少ない。

　副睾丸結核の疑いでわれわれが剔除術を施行した症例が，転移性精索腫瘍であることが後日判明した。再入院ののち精査の結果，その原発巣は胃癌と思考される症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A metastatic tumor of the left spermatic cord from primary stomach cancer, sized 2.0 × 1.5cm, weigh-ting 0.6g, in a 52 year old male, was reported. And the literature on tumor of the spermatic cord was reviewed.

The number of cases from the American and European literature are 22 plus indefinite number of cases reported by Riches et al., among which 11 cases were from primary stomach cancer, 6 from pro-static cancer, 3 plus the cases of Riches were from renal cancer and one each from testicular and epidi-dymal tumor.
