はじめに

　陰茎折症は多くの場合，勃起陰茎に鈍力が作用し，陰茎海綿体，まれに尿道海綿体の白膜の断裂によつて発症するものである。本症は簡単な動機に起因するにもかかわらず，報告例は内外ともに比較的少なく，本邦においては，われわれが調べ得た範囲では，現在まで60例にすぎない。最近われわれは本症の2例を経験したので報告し，あわせて簡単な文献的考察を試みた。

Case 1. 25 years old. Fracture of the penis occurred by pressing the penis downwards during early morning erection and remarkable deformation was noticed, but dysuria was not complained. Rupture of tunica albuginea corpora cavernosorum penis was noticed during surgery, which was sutured, and heal-ed without functional disturbance.

Case 2. 25 years old. Fracture occurred when he tried to decrease the size of penis by hand during early morning erection. The penis was bend and deformed, but no pain nor dysuria was complained, and cave in at the ruptured site could be palpated.
