ADDITIONAL 6 CASES TREATED BY GRéGOIR PLASTIC OPERATION

はじめに

　膀胱尿管逆流現象（以下VUR）が臨床的に重要な意義のあることが指摘されて以来治療方法，保存的療法の効果とその限界，逆流防止術の適応などに関して各方面から多数の報告がみられる。逆流防止術の術式も多く，各症例について如何なる術式を選択すればよいか，各術式にはそれぞれ長短がありその評価はまちまちである。

　われわれはさきにVURを示した6歳女児，26歳男子の2例2尿管にGrégoir法による術式を施行して報告したが，その後6例11尿管に施行したので追加報告する。

Grégoir plastic operation of the ureter was performed in 6 cases (11 ureters) but recurrence was seen in 2 cases (3 ureters) postoperatively. These cases were discussed and the following results were obtained.;

1. Other method should be considered when the lower portion of the ureter is difficult to separate from the surrounding scar tissue.

2. It is not related the length of embedding the ureter, to prevent stricture, but should be decided by changing the bladder capacity and find the location where minimal ureteral tortuosity could be obtained.
