陰茎絞扼症を繰り返した1例

A CASE OF REPEATED INCARCERATION OF THE PENIS

緒言

　陰茎絞扼症は特異な症例以外は報告されず，報告例が比較的少ない。われわれはナット（止めねじ）により陰茎絞扼症を発症させ，除去に6時間を要した53歳工員が，3年後，ナットやボルトをまわす工具の鉄製レンチで再び陰茎絞扼症を惹起した1例を経験したので報告する。

A 53-year-old factory worker, who had created incarceration of the penis by an S 45 C carbon steel nut, again visited our hospital with incarceration of the penis by an iron wrench on July 26, 1981, 3 years after the previous incident. On both occasions, the constricting object was severed by an air-turbine drill for dental use and removed. Psychiatric examination showed a kind of character deviation, which may have driven him to repeat the act.
