右腎破裂を来した子宮頸癌からの転移性腎癌の1例

A CASE OF KIDNEY RUPTURE DUE TO METASTASIS OF CERVICAL CARCINOMA

はじめに

　従来，他臓器癌の腎転移を臨床的に診断，治療した報告は少ないが，最近では原疾患の治療後のfollow upと各種検査法の進歩により，その報告は漸次増加している。われわれは右腎破裂で腎摘出術を施行した症例が，組織的に子宮頸癌の腎転移と判明したので報告する。文献上，子宮頸癌の腎転移例の臨床上の報告は本邦では2例のみで，自験例が3例目である。

A 39-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital for severe right abdominal pain and vomiting, who had been treated for cervical carcinoma IIb with radical operation and external radiation (⁶⁰Co 30 Gray) two and half years ago. A mass was palpated in the right abdomen. By CT-scanning, retro-grade pyelogram and clinical symptoms, which were acute abdominal pain, anemia, right abdominal tumor and shock, tentative diagnosis of right kidney rupture had been made. Right nephrectomy was performed. Gross appearance of the kidney was almost yellowish with hard consistency which looked like granuloma.
