緒言
陰茎結核性潰瘍はPAS,INAH,SMなどの抗結核剤の発達にともなつて，近年非常にまれな疾患となつてきた。われわれは最近興味ある陰茎結核の2症例すなわち両側鼠径リンパ節の腫脹をともない臨床上陰茎癌を思わせた陰茎結核性潰瘍と，尿道周囲膿瘍切除後，組織診にて結核性と判明し，上部尿路とくに左腎に結核性変化をみた症例を経験したので，この症例を報告するとともに自験例を中心に文献的考察を加える。
Tuberculosis of the penis has become very rare disease after the development of antituberculous drugs. Two cases of such disease are reported for their interesting findings.
Case 1 is a 76 years old male, with the chief complaint of ulcer and induration at the glans, was admitted for suspected cancer of the penis with swelling of bilateral inguinal lymph nodes but histopat-hological findings of the removed specimen, by radical surgery, revealed tuberculosis.
Case 2 is a 36 years old male with the chief complaint of painful swelling of the penis.
