両側睾丸腫瘍の4例

FOUR CASES OF BILATERAL TESTICULAR TUMORS

緒言

　両側に発生する睾丸腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患であるが，われわれの教室では現在までに6例を経験している。

　われわれは昭和32年から昭和43年までに155例の睾丸腫瘍を経験し，その臨床的研究を行なつているが，今回はこの期間中の両側睾丸腫瘍4例について症例を報告するとともに若干の考案を試みる。

Bilateral testicular tumors are of rare clinical entity with an incidence of 2 to 4 percent among all of the testicular carcinoma (Gilbert, Sammell, Collins and Akasaka).

4 cases of bilateral testicular tumors from the Yokohama City University Hospital and other allied hospitals during the past 10 years, are reported.

Clinical analysis and discussions were done on histopathological classification, pathogenesis and prog-nosis of bilateral testicular tumors, reported in Japan up to 1968.

Conclusions were as follows;
