腎無形成の2例

TWO CASES OF RENAL APLASIA

緒言

　腎臓の発育不全症は泌尿器科診断学の発達した今日では，もはや稀な奇形ではない。本邦においては1889年山極^1）の報告を最初とし，報告例は増加しつつある。しかし，本症の分類，診断などについて，なお不明の点も少なくない。最近，われわれは手術的，病理組織学的に確められた，腎無形成の2例を経験したので報告し，あわせて若干の考案を加える。

Two cases of renal aplasia were reported. The first case was a 43-year-old male, with chief complaint of hematuria with blood clot. After laboratory and urological examinations, right nephrectomy was performed for suspicious ureteral tumor. However, no tumor was confirmed, but the kidney was strikingly deminutive (4×4×3.5cm in size and 10 gram in weight). The second case was a 18-year-old female with chief complaint of right hypochondralgia. The diagnosis of right renal tuberculosis was established and nephrectomy was performed finding walnut-sized kindey.
