緒言
女子尿道憩室は現在それほどまれな疾患とはいえないが，女子尿道憩室における結石の合併は比較的まれである。
われわれはこのたび，68歳の女子で排尿困難を主訴とし，結石を合併した尿道憩室の1例を経験したので報告する。
Diverticulum of the female urethra is not a rare diseases any more, but those complicated with stone are considered rather rare.
A case of diverticulum of female urethra complicated with stone in a 68 year old female com-plaining dysuria and asymptomatic hematuria, was reported.
Cystoscope was unable to pass beyond 2 to 3 cm from the external urethral orifice where contact sound was noticed between the stone. A pigeon-egg sized mass was palpated at the midline of the anterior wall of the vagina with stony hard consistence but tenderness was slight without moveability.
